Last mile logistics: REALOGIS supports the reorganisation of a Hamburg burger chain
Hamburg, 29 April 2024 - Dulf's Burger GmbH - a restaurant and delivery service with a focus on burger products - has realigned its last mile logistics in Hamburg. Realogis - Germany's leading consultancy for industrial and logistics properties and commercial land - acted as advisor and broker in the conclusion of a long-term lease for approx. 250 m² of production space plus approx. 30 m² of office space.
The decisive factors were the availability of the space for production and the location. At the new location, Dulf's Burger will be able to supply all restaurants in Hamburg with all consumables required for restaurant operations within a maximum of 15 minutes. The A24 motorway is approx. 3.2 km away, the B5 main road approx. 1.3 km and a public transport connection for employees is within walking distance.
The unit is part of a multi-storey warehouse/logistics complex in a central location in Hamburg City South. The rental space can be accessed either via a concrete ramp in front of the building or at ground level. The landlord is Kaldox Management GmbH.
