Fashion retailer Yilba relocates head office within Neuss on advice of REALOGIS
Düsseldorf/Neuss, 18 August 2022 – Yilba GmbH, a clothing and fashion retailer in Neuss, has relocated its head office to Fuggerstrasse 2-6. The company, known for the Cipo & Baxx brand, has signed a long-term lease for a unit with 2,300 m² of warehouse space and 260 m² of office space in a logistics park with Mileway, Europe’s largest owner and manager of last-mile logistics properties. The deal was brokered by Realogis, Germany’s leading consulting firm for industrial, logistics and commercial properties.
The property is located in Neuss near the Neuss-Uedesheim motorway junction on the A46, from which there is a direct connection to the A57 via the Neuss-Süd junction, leading to the Greater Düsseldorf and Cologne/Bonn areas and the Ruhr region. The park’s warehouses are now fully let following the signing of the new lease.
