Craftmen’s Places: REALOGIS brings in new user for IDR

Düsseldorf, 25 April 2023 – Industrieterrains Düsseldorf-Reisholz AG (IDR) has created a new concept to support craft businesses operate from locations with good transport links. Realogis, Germany’s leading consulting firm for industrial, logistics and commercial properties, has brokered a long-term lease at the first of four “Craftmen’s Places” in Düsseldorf. Metrix International GmbH is the user of the 455 m² new-build unit in Reisholz. The company specialises in the development and production of printed circuit boards, LED systems and electronic components.

The Craftmen’s Place in Reisholz is now fully let. The location for skilled trades, which features four commercial units with a total area of 1,848 m², is located at Kappeler Strasse 140, right next to Münchener Strasse and the A46 and A59 motorways. The site was previously home to an old industrial building that IDR had taken down for the new construction project.
