Broker ranking 2024: REALOGIS remains the undisputed No. 1
Munich, 24 October 2024 - Realogis, Germany's leading consultancy for industrial and logistics properties as well as commercial land, has once again taken the top spot in the "Letting of industrial/warehouse and logistics properties in Germany" category in the annual broker ranking*.
With an audited net commission income of EUR 15,764,607 in relation to the letting business in the 2023 financial year, Realogis not only continues to hold its own as the number 1 consultancy firm, but also achieved more than all companies in places 2 to 6 combined (EUR 15,705,731).
"Despite the general market downturn, the Realogis Group grew against the trend during the crisis in 2023, further expanded its position and increased its market share of total take-up in Germany. This resilience is also due to Realogis' pure focus on industrial and logistics properties, while other, mixed-use brokerage houses had to give up much more ground," comments Umut Ertan, founder and partner of the Realogis Group.
In 2023, the total take-up of space by all market participants in Germany in the lettings segment was 5.963 million sqm. Of this, 982,232 m² or 16.5% was brokered by the Realogis Group alone, an increase of 1.6% compared to the previous year 2022. Starting from 2016, Realogis has even doubled its market share from 8.1% to 16.5% in the last eight years.
