Realogis gains exclusive contract to place rare property on Eisenach logistics market
Autotest Eisenach GmbH has awarded Realogis, a specialist in industrial and logistics properties, an exclusive contract to market its property situated at Industriestrasse 1. The property is a production and logistics complex covering 11,300 sqm with space for extension, located in the established Kindel industrial area in Hörselberg-Hainich.
The 60,000 sqm site, which enjoys a direct link to the A4 motorway, contains two large production buildings (7,400 sqm and 3,900 sqm) connected by a section of roofing. The complex also has a contemporary two-storey main building comprising around 900 sqm of office and communal space. There is approximately 15,000 sqm of usable space offering potential for project development on the site.
A host of possibilities awaits buyers and users, with the well-maintained complex available both to let and for sale. It will be ready to use from the start of 2020. With a maximum height of roughly 8.50 m in the production buildings, fitted crane systems, ramp gates and ground-level delivery points, it is suitable for both manufacturing and logistics purposes.

Businesses could use this sizeable property to meet their needs quickly without having to go through the process of planning a new development, which is often not possible to do within the required time frame.’
